Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing galaxyzen.ai or engaging GalaxyZen AI ("we", "us", "our") for services, you ("you", "client") agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site or engage us.

2. The site (this website)

galaxyzen.ai is informational. Submitting the discovery-call form creates no contractual obligation; it's a request for a conversation. We may decline to take on an engagement at our sole discretion.

3. Engagement terms

Any commercial engagement is governed by a separate signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA). Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the SOW/MSA controls.

4. Intellectual property

  • The galaxyzen.ai site, its design, copy, and all software is owned by GalaxyZen AI. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it.
  • Deliverables from engagements transfer to you per the SOW/MSA — typically upon final payment.
  • We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and techniques used to deliver client work.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use this site to spam, scrape, or attack our systems
  • Submit false information through forms
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls
  • Use our forms to test other companies' security

6. No warranties on the site

The site is provided "as is". We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. Information may change without notice.

Engagement-specific warranties (deliverable acceptance criteria, performance SLAs, etc.) live in the SOW/MSA.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from your use of this site is limited to USD $100 in total. Engagement-specific liability caps live in the SOW/MSA.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be flagged on this site with a banner for 30 days. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance.
